The sheet metal workshop is responsible for the production, riveting, and welding of longitudinal beams for passenger car frames. The operating area is 3744 square meters, with 2 assembly lines and over 100 sets of process equipment. The production capacity can reach 3000 units per year.

Flexible frame assembly riveting, with an annual production capacity of 3000 units, using two major manufacturing processes of horizontal riveting and assembly stations, fully meeting the development of new passenger car products;

The use of a variable cross-section longitudinal beam online leveling process improves the bending and twisting of the longitudinal beam, enhances the assembly of the frame crossbeam, and improves the qualification rate of the engine front suspension width.

◆The final assembly workshop is 102 meters long and 36 meters wide, with a production area of 3672 square meters. The final assembly process is complete, and the adjustment and testing equipment can ensure that the vehicle meets national standards.

◆The final assembly line adopts a dedicated body lifting device to transport the painted buses inside and outside into the vehicle inspection line, where the speedometer, sideslip, front wheel alignment angle, axle load, horn sound level, braking force, lighting, exhaust gas and other items of the buses are tested. After the inspection of the inspection line items, each bus must undergo road driving inspection.
